Business Analyst (Web)

YOUR IMPACT:

• Effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions;
• Gather and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders including product, design, marketing, analytics, and support teams;
• Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine product requirements;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Scope documents, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS);
• Utilize UML/BPMN or other business modeling techniques to visualize and refine software solutions;
• Communicate clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing, to build consensus, convey ideas effectively, and ensure timely delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

• 2-3 year of experience as a business analyst;
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLS);
• Experience in creating project documentation and other materials (Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria);
• Strong experience in using different BA techniques and tools for eliciting and documenting requirements (BPMN 2.0, UML, etc.);
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  
• English level - Upper Intermediate;
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with В2С product with a large number of users.
