Job Description
This role is for a Business Consultant specializing in Workday integrations, focusing on both Financial (FIN) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The consultant will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Workday integrations using various tools like Workday Studio, connectors, and PECI files. Key tasks include supporting mass change imports, analyzing business requirements, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating on testing. The role requires ensuring data integrity and providing ongoing support for Workday updates and business units.
Good To Have:
- Workato experience or a willingness to learn Workato.
Must Have:
- Develop, test, maintain, and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools.
- Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance.
- Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system, and UAT testing.
- Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units.
- Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.
- Good working knowledge of Workday Studio, Report Designer, and BIRT reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Integrations using Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, and Benefit Integrations.
- Good working knowledge of EIB, Calculated fields, and Business processes.
- Good working knowledge on Advanced, Composite reports.
- Hands-on Workday Upgrade and Support projects.
- Minimum 3 years of Workday Studio experience.

Job requirements
- Integrations Resource: We'd like to leverage this resource to assist with both FIN and HCM-side integrations, and would love for the HCM and FIN techno functional resources to build new integrations and debug issues when they arise. We also use Workato as a middleware, so a nice-to-have would be someone with Workato experience or a willingness to learn Workato. 3 yrs minimum of workday studio Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, connectors and PECI files. Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs. Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions. Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations. Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing. Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates. Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels. Good working knowledge of Workday Studio, Report Designer and BIRT reporting Good working knowledge of Integrations using Core Connectors, PICOF , PECI, Benefit Integrations Good working knowledge of EIB , Calculated fields and Business processes Good working knowledge on Advanced, Composite reports Hands on Workday Upgrade and Support projects
