Job Description

The U.S. Immigration Analyst will implement and coordinate global mobility operations, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and company policies. This role supports international assignments and relocations, collaborating with stakeholders to provide a consistent and compliant mobility experience. Key responsibilities include auditing labor condition applications and public access files, reviewing L-1 qualification requests, and managing permanent resident processes like PERM and EB-1, 2, and 3 I-140's. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Must Have:
  • Implement and coordinate global mobility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and company policies.
  • Support international assignments and relocations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for mobility experience.
  • Experience with U.S. Immigration, including auditing labor condition applications and public access files.
  • Experience reviewing requests for L-1 qualification under managerial and specialized knowledge.
  • Experience with permanent resident processes including PERM and EB-1, 2, and 3 I-140's.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140.

What success looks like in this role:

You will be successful in this role if you have:
