Job Description

This role involves serving as a Client Executive for major strategic accounts, consulting and selling to senior Client Executives, and becoming a trusted advisor. The Executive Principal will drive new business opportunities, leverage Unisys solutions for positive business results, and orchestrate integrated responses to client needs. Key responsibilities include leading the development of winning sales strategies, competitive strategy, pricing, negotiation, and managing relationships with key influencers.

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
Must Have:
  • Serve as a Client Executive for major strategic accounts.
  • Consult and sell to senior Client Executives (SVP+).
  • Monitor, develop, and drive pursuit of new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Leverage Unisys solutions and capabilities to deliver positive business results.
  • Orchestrate an integrated ‘one Unisys’ response to client needs.
  • Lead in the development of winning sales strategies on complex pursuits.
  • Possess a BA/BS degree and 15+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government for export-controlled commodities and technology.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Serves as a Client Executive for major strategic accounts.
  • Plays a leadership role in consulting and selling to senior Client Executives (SVP+), becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Monitors, develops and drives pursuit of new business opportunities with existing clients to define significant and potentially game changing opportunities.
  • Leverages Unisys solutions and capabilities to deliver positive business results and lucrative outcomes.
  • Orchestrates an integrated ‘one Unisys’ response to client needs, defining solutions designed to expand the Unisys footprint and optimize impact.
  • Leads in the development of winning sales strategies on complex pursuits, including:
  • Structure of competitive strategy,
  • Pricing,
  • Negotiation, and
  • Navigation of relationships with key influencers in the account.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and 15+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
