Unisys are looking for an AV Technician, with strong audio visual and video conferencing knowledge, to support our customer in London.Responsibilities: * The distribution and management of AV tickets, ad-hoc AV requests and video conferencing * Maintain an inventory of supported rooms/suites and AV equipment therein * Assist in providing data for reporting purposes * Deal with day-to-day administrative duties and any ad-hoc duties required * Diagnose general issues with industry standard AV products as well as other computer-related products in meeting rooms/spaces and conference suites * May be directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script using standard methods, techniques, and tools * Manage tickets in client’s ServiceNow environment * Provides AV related technical support to customers in solving technical problems that occur during the operation of company supported products * Desk side support specialist with good customer service manner * May have project management responsibilities for smaller projects * Performs maintenance as required * Perform regular inspections to ensure AV equipment is setup and working correctly * Provides follow-up on problems or escalation * Work with local Facilities Management and 3rd party vendors where necessary to resolve issues (including escorting of OEM’s/Vendor support staff) * Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system * Support the clients high pressure new business events### You will be successful in this role if you have: * Previous experience in a similar role * Good knowledge of Audio-Visual, Digital Signage & VC Systems * Experience of installing AV & IT hardware and software and diagnosing & resolving problems * Ability to plan and prioritize workload with good time management * Ability to work under pressure * Competent to a high level of computer literacy * Able to work as part of a team * Good communication skills both verbal and written
