This role bridges solution architecture, delivery, portfolio, sales, and competitive intelligence, offering consultative insights on pricing, automation, transformation levers, and deal competitiveness. The analyst ensures cost-effective and strategically positioned solutions and client pricing, leveraging strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Services (DWS) and Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure (CA&I) offerings. Key responsibilities include deal financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, commercial structuring, and influencing stakeholders with data-driven perspectives.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Deal Pursuit & Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping winning strategies and pricing for renewals and new logo opportunities. This role serves as a bridge between solution architecture, delivery, portfolio, sales, and competitive intelligence, providing consultative in sights on pricing, automation, transformation levers, and deal competitiveness.

With strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Services (DWS) and Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure (CA&I) offerings, the Analyst ensures solutions and client pricing are both cost-effective and strategically positioned to succeed. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in deal financial analysis for client RFPs, including cost and price modeling, margin assessment, and scenario planning. They will also bring experience in competitive benchmarking, commercial structuring (bundling, discounting, transformation levers), and the ability to influence internal stakeholders with a strategic, data-driven perspective.

As a Deal Pursuit & Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver pricing recommendations and bid strategy consultation aligned with market benchmarks and client expectations.
  • Interpret and analyze solution guidance, historical data, and competitive intelligence to support win strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, shift-left, and other transformational levers that drive value.
  • Partner with solution architects, sales, and bid finance to validate pricing inputs, effort drivers, and sales incentives.
  • Provide year-over-year insights to inform forward-looking bid strategies.
  • Coach deal teams on pricing rationale and industry positioning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DWS and CA&I portfolios to ensure accurate and relevant guidance.
  • Support and maintain a pricing database, ensuring accurate collection of winning rates and feedback loops.
  • Contribute to an internal project by creating SKUs and supporting data-driven pricing models.

We are looking for a professional who brings a mix of analytical expertise and commercial acumen, ideally with:

  • Proven experience in pricing, deal pursuit, bid finance, and/or market intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Services and Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure offerings.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering with sales, solution architects, delivery, portfolio and bid teams in competitive deal environments.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to articulate pricing rationale and strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Familiarity with automation, transformation strategies, and value-based selling is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with tools/databases used for pricing analysis and reporting.
  • Solid financial acumen: experience building and reviewing deal-level models, pricing sheets, and P&L impacts
  • Strategic mindset: ability to think holistically, see beyond the numbers, and question assumptions
  • Influence & communication skills: comfortable presenting to leadership, pushing back on technical or sales teams, and making data-driven arguments
  • Attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity
