PwC is looking for a professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in Business Continuity & Resilience projects and activities for its Milan office.
The professional will join the Business Continuity & Resilience consulting team, and the activities they will carry out will focus on supporting organizations in the private sector, with particular reference to the following areas:
- Definition, implementation, and maintenance of Operational Continuity Management Systems (OCMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Execution of operational resilience assessment activities with a focus on Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology & Cyber resilience, Supply chain resilience, and Emergency planning to identify the organization's maturity level, capabilities, critical resources, and determine initiatives to undertake.
- Definition and development of plans, procedures, and strategies related to Operational Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management.
- Execution of verification activities regarding compliance with standards and regulations in the resilience field (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 22361, CER Directive and implementing decrees, etc.)
- Increasing corporate awareness and preparation in the resilience field through the execution of training and simulation activities
- Execution of activities in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance as well as Data Protection and Security Culture & Awareness activities
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of international standards and reference frameworks in cybersecurity, privacy, and resilience (ISO27001, NIST, National Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 22301, ISO22361, GPG BCI, GDPR);
- Knowledge of national and community legislation in cybersecurity and resilience (NIS directive and implementing decrees, CER Directive and implementing decrees, national cybersecurity perimeter, etc.)
The person we are looking for has the following requirements:
- Degree in engineering subjects, preferably Computer or Telecommunications Engineering, or Degree and/or master's in security and crisis management, preferably Security Policies or Cyber Risk Strategy & Governance
- Motivation and enthusiasm for professional activity
- At least 2/3 years of experience in leading companies and/or primary consulting firms
- Possession of any certifications such as ISO27001, ISO22301, CBCI, AMBCI, DRII and in-depth knowledge in physical security and travel risk management will be considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills in teamwork
- Project management and resource management skills
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
