Job Summary

Job Description

With a heavy organic growth orientation, the Business Development Manager will be the primary individual responsible for the overall success of one or more of our Enterprise clients, including end-to-end ownership of client’s revenue and margin growth. The position will drive the Strategic Account strategy collaborating with all of the resources required to succeed.
Must have:
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Participating in sales team meetings
Good to have:
  • A strong track record in account managing major global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers
  • Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • A solid understanding of the global business environment
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level

Job summary:

Your role in our mission:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Valued skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in account managing major global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers
  • Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Exceptional Communication - verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.
  • A solid understanding of the global business environment.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
