Blackbird Interactive is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Production Coordinator. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team to coordinate internal deliverables, support external-facing materials, and manage communications with partners and clients in the games industry. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for tracking and following up on external deliverables, managing communications for business engagements, ensuring timely delivery of documents, and coordinating internal business development tasks. The role also involves creating professional presentations for pitches and meetings, gathering content from creative teams, and maintaining a library of assets for consistency.
Must have:
- 2 years experience in coordination, production, or BD support
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Basic design and formatting skills
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
- Basic Adobe Photoshop/image editing skills
- Website CMS skills
- Experience collaborating with game dev teams
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Passion for games and understanding of gaming ecosystem

Blackbird Interactive is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Business Development team to coordinate and track internal deliverables, support the creation of external-facing materials, and help manage communications with partners and clients in the games industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our studio presents itself clearly, creatively, and consistently, specifically in areas such as game pitches and follow up work for clients/publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for tracking and following up on external deliverables to publishing partners and other business contracts.
- Maintain and manage calendars, timelines, and communications for ongoing business conversations and engagements.
- Ensure timely delivery of documents, proposals, and materials post-meeting or pitch.
- Manage travel and bookings for the business development team for client meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of work required internally, such as pitch preparation and other work to be completed internally to support business development.
- Track progress on business development tasks across creative, production, and executive teams.
- Create professional, visually compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides decks for game development pitches, publisher meetings, and partnership discussions.
- Work with creative, narrative, and art teams to gather content and shape it into persuasive, on-brand presentation materials.
- Maintain a library of templates, assets, and best practices to ensure consistency and polish across all external-facing documents.
- 2 years experience in a coordination, production, or business development support role—ideally within a games, entertainment, or creative studio environment.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Google Slides; basic design and formatting skills are essential. Basic Adobe Photoshop / image editing and website CMS skills are a plus.
- Experience collaborating with game dev teams (art, design, narrative, production) is a strong asset.
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented—able to balance long-term planning with urgent short-term tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone when liaising with partners.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- A passion for games and understanding of the gaming ecosystem (studios, publishers, platforms, genres, etc.) is highly desirable.
