Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative with French language skills to join their Inside Sales team. This role involves prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calls and handling inquiries. Responsibilities include building and managing a lead development pipeline, coordinating and promoting webinars, and meeting sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in technology sales, with skills in cold calling, inbound lead handling, and webinars. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Outreach is a plus. Native French and good English language skills are required, with Spanish or Italian being an advantage. Some travel may be necessary.

Department Overview

Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
The Business Development Representative plays an essential role in prospecting and qualifying new business by making cold calls or handling requests from new end-users. His objective is to extend our business reach through strategic market approaches. He is responsible for creating a new pipeline in his region.


Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Cold Calling / Prospecting & lead Generation 

  • Qualify customer pre-sales inquiries concerning VS&A solutions, products, or services

  • Build and manage lead development pipeline

  • Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.


Basic Requirements

What we expect:

  • One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization

  • Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, inbound lead handling and webinars.

  • Preferred Salesforce.com and Outreach experience.

  • Required native French and good level of English both verbal & writing. Spanish or Italian is a plus.

  • Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties.
