This person will play a critical role in growing GoPay’s presence and innovation within the transport and mobility category. The core challenge is to identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful payment solutions. Beyond managing partnerships, this role involves critical thinking and problem-solving on product innovations, challenging the status quo and exploring new ways GoPay can unlock value in the mobility ecosystem.
Must have:
  • Lead end-to-end partner initiatives across the mobility ecosystem, from negotiation to execution and scale-up.
  • Identify and drive payment innovation opportunities in transport and mobility.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner challenges using current GoPay product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Leverage data to generate insights, drive strategy, and monitor the impact of initiatives.
  • Scale up initiatives by capturing new opportunities and driving continuous innovation with partners.

  • Ability to run queries or work with data (e.g., SQL, Looker, or similar tools)

About the Role

This person will play a critical role in growing GoPay’s presence and innovation within the transport and mobility category (public transport, taxis, buses, parking, ferries, and fuel merchants). The core challenge is to identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships, while ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful payment solutions. Beyond managing partnerships, this person is also expected to think critically and problem-solve on product innovations—challenging the status quo and exploring new ways GoPay can unlock value in the mobility ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end partner initiatives across the mobility ecosystem, from negotiation to execution and scale-up.
  • Identify and drive payment innovation opportunities in transport and mobility (e.g., tap-to-pay, QRIS, subscription models).
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner challenges using current GoPay product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Leverage data to generate insights, drive strategy, and monitor the impact of initiatives.
  • Scale up initiatives by capturing new opportunities and driving continuous innovation with partners.

What You Will Need

  • 4+ years of experience, ideally from tech, fintech, or mobility-related industries.
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or product-related roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Proven ownership and leadership in driving projects end-to-end
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially when dealing with external partners
  • Agile and adaptable—able to stay effective in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to run queries or work with data (e.g., SQL, Looker, or similar tools) would be a plus
