The Central Region Director will represent Fluence with customers, manage conflicts, develop regional strategy, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement within the Americas region. This role requires leadership in service operations and customer engagement to deliver unparalleled value.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Must Have:
  • Represent FLUENCE with customers in place of Service Leader
  • Deal with conflicts (personal or contractual) that arise
  • Develop regional strategy
  • Manage overall regional budget

Service Director – Region (within Americas)

This person should be able to represent FLUENCE with customers in place of Service Leader. Be able to deal with conflicts (personal or contractual) that arise and develop regional strategy.

  • Presentation skills – executive summaries & communications
  • Deal with Contract issues
  • Change orders
  • Quote new service contracts after warranty period ends
  • Disputes/Claims mgmt./legal coordination
  • Sales Support
  • OEM warranty extensions
  • Managing overall regional budget
  • Risks/opportunities
  • Billing/Collections
  • Regional strategy development
  • Develop regional partners (contractors)
  • Service team organization
  • Contract development/strategy
  • Product offerings
  • Spares
  • Drive continuous improvement strategy/teams - Ex
  • New service product offering support

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in field services, power systems, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
