Job Description

AnyDesk is seeking a proactive and communicative Channel Account Manager to join their Channel Sales team, focusing on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators, to drive revenue and expand market reach. Responsibilities include executing joint business plans, onboarding and enabling partners, identifying new partners, reporting on sales, coordinating with internal teams, and representing AnyDesk at events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, with experience in channel sales, preferably in B2B software/SaaS, and excellent English and German communication abilities.

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Channel Account Manager to join our Channel Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll work closely with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive revenue, expand market reach, and support the success of our channel-first go-to-market strategy.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with channel partners in the DACH region
  • Execute joint business plans with key partners and oversee performance to meet revenue targets
  • Onboard, enable, and support resellers and distributors
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners aligned with our growth strategy
  • Deliver pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, presales, customer success) to drive partner success
  • Represent AnyDesk at partner events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Contribute to the development of our global channel strategy with your ideas and market feedback

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong sales mindset and not afraid to start conversations and build relationships
  • Understanding of the DACH IT channel ecosystem
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to find answers
  • Experienced in channel sales, preferably in B2B software/SaaS
  • Team player who enjoys working closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed
  • Understanding of channel business models and distribution structures
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and resilience, combined with a hands-on mentality
