Mimecast is redefining cybersecurity and human risk management, protecting organizations from evolving threats and human error with an integrated platform. We are seeking a Channel Director to accelerate partner-led growth across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. This role involves shaping and executing regional partner strategy, building high-value relationships with various partners, and collaborating with Mimecast sales and channel teams to position solutions and unlock mutual growth. This remote position reports to the EMEA Channel Lead and involves regular travel.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more to deliver unified go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent Mimecast at key events, shaping conversations on cybersecurity and human risk management.
  • Proven success as a Senior Channel Manager or Channel Director in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity business.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and human risk challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Market experience from SMB to Enterprise, with a track record in partner acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience with channel ecosystems and scalable lead-generation/distribution models.
  • Skilled in Salesforce and GTM technology stacks.
  • Flexibility to travel across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics.

Now we’re looking for a Channel Director to accelerate our partner-led growth across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and execute our regional partner strategy, building high-value relationships with distributors, resellers, SIs, MSPs, and MSSPs. You’ll work side by side with Mimecast sales and channel teams, helping partners position our solutions to safeguard their clients, while unlocking mutual growth.

You’ll report into our EMEA Channel Lead (with a dotted line to the NEUR/DACH Sales Lead), and you’ll have a strong voice in how we go to market. This role is remote but will involve regular travel to partners and events across the region.

What You’ll Bring

The OTE salary range for this position is €192,000 - €288,000+ benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
