Beresnev Games, a leading game development company with over 500 million downloads, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies, including user acquisition, creative development, analytics, and exploration of new growth channels. Responsibilities include managing the user acquisition team, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with product teams, and contributing to overall business strategy and growth. The role offers a direct impact on the success of the company's game titles.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are Beresnev Games, a full-cycle game development company with over 500 million downloads worldwide. Our projects captivate millions of players, and we continue to grow by expanding our team of professionals. We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, covering user acquisition, creatives, analytics, and new growth channels. This role includes managing the UA team, setting KPI targets, collaborating closely with product teams, and contributing to the strategic development of the company. You will have a direct impact on the growth of our titles, marketing scale, and business development.

Management

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals (UA, creatives, analytics, KPI planning and monitoring for relevant departments);
  • Evaluate traffic performance and return on investment (ROI);
  • Lead and mentor the user acquisition team;
  • Identify and test new user acquisition channels;
  • Prepare reports on key KPIs and align long-term traffic plans with senior management;
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to identify growth opportunities;
  • Contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing; experience in mobile gamedev is a strong plus;
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling projects from soft launch to global release;
  • Experience in long-term live operations management;
  • Strong understanding of ad monetization strategies;
  • Ability to coordinate marketing efforts with product teams;
  • In-depth understanding of the technical workings of ad channels;
  • Excellent communication skills and well-developed soft skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
