Business Analyst

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to help us make data-driven decisions and improve the efficiency of our user acquisition and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the performance of UA and performance marketing campaigns based on data;
• Building and developing KPI and metric systems for traffic acquisition;
• Preparing analytical reports for management;
• Identifying insights and making recommendations for budget and strategy optimization;
• Collaborating with creative and product teams to improve ROI;
• Continuously testing hypotheses and implementing data-driven solutions;
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and benchmarks;
• Managing campaigns based on data.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT consulting, with preference for IT-related projects;
• Strong background in strategic and financial analysis;
• Excellent Excel/SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• Experience working with large datasets and structuring insights from them;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• English proficiency — at least B1 level.
