The specialist will also communicate with carriers to ensure complete information and manage freight claims from beginning to end, potentially creating new filing procedures. Assistance with returns and refusals involves coordinating with carriers, distribution facilities, and customer service to manage load cancellations, reschedules, or reworkings. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is required.
