The Client Experience Specialist, Programmatic, will be responsible for developing and implementing Search strategies for key clients in Spain. This role involves working with Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to leverage Display and Video 360 (DV360) and other Google advertising products to drive performance and meet client objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales partners to create strategies, coordinating campaign implementation and optimization, providing insights-driven solutions, and liaising with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish, experience with DV360 or other DSPs, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • DV360 or other DSP experience
  • Excellent project management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
  • Knowledge of first- and third-party audience technology
  • Ability to independently generate business opportunities

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in campaign management with DV360 or other DSPs.
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry, including the use of digital advertising products, ad networks, demand-side platforms, first- and third-party audience technology, online measurement, and ad operations.
  • Knowledge of Google’s digital advertising suite, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video.
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment.
  • Ability to independently create additional business development opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.

The Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. As advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms, the teams are situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. Within gTech Customer Experience (gCare), the DV360 team partners with the LCS team to provide product and data-driven knowledge to empower customers to meet their advertising goals.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will own the Search strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle for clients based out of Spain. You will drive Display and Video 360 (DV360) with the LCS teams through activating products to drive performance. You will advise clients on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and the partner sales teams to provide insights-driven advertising solutions based on customer objectives, business strategy, and growth opportunities across products including Video, Display and Video 360 (DV360), and Google Display Ads (GDA).
  • Develop knowledge of strategic products (e.g., YouTube, Display, Automation, Attribution) and deliver solutions for customers.
  • Consult with Sales partners to develop strategies which seek to meet customer requirements and capture growth opportunities for the broader market, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute on these plans.
  • Liaise with Sales teams and vendor operations to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, and measurement of campaigns, establishing and scaling best practices.
