Mercer is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist in Warsaw. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients in European markets, addressing their queries about Mercer products, providing data analysis support, delivering training and demos, coordinating client participation in remuneration surveys, and assisting consultants with sales activities. The Specialist will work in a multinational and dynamic environment within the Client Solutions Team, focusing on the compensation and benefits area.
Good To Have:
  • Communicative/fluent German
  • HR or Comp&Ben area experience
  • Experience in sales and/or negotiations with Clients
  • Analytical skills and a strong focus on detail
Must Have:
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from European markets

  • addressing membership client's queries re. Mercer products/methodology and acting as first point of contact

  • providing support in terms of basic data analysis/interpretation to clients

  • delivering custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo to clients

  • coordinating client's participation in Mercer remuneration surveys, ensuring their timely and quality data submission

  • assisting consultants with sales activities (e.g. presentations, product information) and other ad hoc market requests 

 

We would like you to have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the areas of customer service

  • fluent English is a must

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Very strong organizational and project coordination skills
