Our collections executives are responsible for recovering Tala Mexico's overdue portfolio with empathy and help us create a stronger bond with our users. Our goal is to ensure that all our clients make their payments through friendly collection management. We focus on ensuring that all the attention our users receive from our collections executives is clear, warm, and personalized.

Experience

• Experience:
• - Minimum 6 months experience in early collections
• - Experience in financial product collections
• - Experience with Outbound, Inbound, and blended campaigns
• - Experience with handling auxiliaries
• - Experience in managing Digital Channels (Chat, email, WA)
• Skills:
• - Ability to work in a hybrid model
• - Open to feedback
• - Adaptability and openness to change
• - Goal-oriented
• - Sense of responsibility
• - Familiar with Contact Center dynamics
• - Enthusiasm for continuous learning
