Their goal is to become the largest B2B FinTech in Latam and the digital CFO for companies in the region. They are seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead their portfolio recovery team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about collections management, possess a strategic vision, and have experience in the financial sector, bringing innovation and motivation to a growing team.
Must Have:
  • Lead, accompany and motivate the collection analyst team.
  • Define and execute the collection strategy to maximize portfolio recovery (current and overdue).
  • Control delinquency levels and timely raise default or operational risks.
  • Design and implement continuous processes, methodologies and improvements in collection management.
  • Monitor and analyze the main KPIs of the area, ensuring compliance with goals.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years leading collection teams with a focus on Fintech or Factoring.
  • Proven experience in collecting financial products (banks, financial institutions, factoring).
  • Leadership skills, effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on, analytical and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience in building high-performance teams.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and constantly changing environments.
  • Resilience, motivation and persistence in the face of collection challenges.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Collections Supervisor to lead our portfolio recovery team. We want someone passionate about collections management, with a strategic vision and experience in the financial sector, who can bring innovation and motivation to a constantly growing team.

You will have the opportunity to...

  • Lead, accompany and motivate the collection analyst team.
  • Define and execute the collection strategy to maximize portfolio recovery (current and overdue).
  • Control delinquency levels and timely raise default or operational risks.
  • Design and implement continuous processes, methodologies and improvements in collection management.
  • Constantly train the team, enhancing their technical and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor and analyze the main KPIs of the area, ensuring compliance with goals.
  • Supervise the follow-up of delinquent cases, promoting effective solutions.
  • Coordinate delinquency committees with commercial, normalization and other areas.
  • Prepare portfolio analysis and control reports for decision making.
  • Ensure correct case typification and use of management tools.
  • Incorporate the use of artificial intelligence and technology to optimize processes and results.
  • Maintain professional and decisive communication with clients, managing disputes and achieving win-win agreements.
  • Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other areas of the company.
