This role will primarily focus on factory tours, interact with various stakeholders within and outside the company, and assist the work of the Content and Programs Team on site in Berlin. The Content and Programs Associate will be at the forefront of enabling engaging and informative factory tour experiences at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. This includes but is not limited to leading tours, presenting compelling content to a broad audience, planning and executing events, and interacting with various stakeholders, both public and internal. This is a hands-on position that encompasses all aspects of a people facing role, with a particular affinity for storytelling and presentation.

Beyond that, you will support the Content and Programs team in raising awareness for Tesla’s products and mission and engage with customers, prospects, fans and other stakeholders. A highly motivated individual will support the Content and Programs team in all factory tour related tasks as well as on-going co-operation with other departments. This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to attend events and function out-of-hours when the opportunity arises.

You must be solutions oriented, flexible, self-driving and thrive in a highly agile an environment. You are creative, can think big but start small, and are eager to deliver results. An open-mind and team-player attitude is a must. Creativity and good social communication skills are equally important.

What You’ll Do

Help manage and drive the factory tour program, develop corresponding messaging, host tour events
Manage tour requests and bookings, as well as plannings and executions of events
Identify and evaluate opportunities that build brand and product visibility through factory tour experiences at Giga Berlin
Identify and elevate potential issues to the Content and Programs Manager and solicit counsel when needed to avert crises
Build meaningful relationships with internal teams to achieve highly effective and measurable results.
Create and present compelling content to a broad audience
Develop, edit, and translate written materials, including presentations, customers messaging, content plans and FAQs, blog posts, and other collateral

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or similar)
Native level written and spoken German as well as excellent English language skills
Relevant experience in event/tour organization and/or corporate communications or a customer facing role with dedicated responsibilities around presenting and creating content, preferably for a major technology, lifestyle or automotive company or acquired on agency side
Demonstrate initiative in managing a wide range of projects with a high degree of independence
Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft presentations, content plans, info materials, etc.
You must be able to communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
Must have an in-depth understanding of Microsoft office suite
Strong organizational skills
Deadline orientated
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Flexibility to attend events at weekends and evenings
Valid driving license with a safe driving record
