FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Position Summary:

Through creative capture of our large line of custom products, this role works both internally and externally to communicate our current offerings and latest builds in an industry-leading and trend-forward way.

Position Responsibilities:

• Captures content of our vehicles and processes throughout our facilities
• Works with the larger marketing team to meet the needs of event, web, and print projects
• Creates monthly larger scale projects that engage our sales teams and social media followers
• Supports advertising programs and communication programs designed to promote products or services.
• Plans own work schedules within limits assigned.
• Works closely with company personnel to ensure prompt deliverables.
• Keeps informed on company shifts and production schedules.
• May prepare displays, attend events, and travel to various facilities.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Strong photography and editing skills
• Strong Video and video editing skills a plus
• Strong knowledge of the adobe creative suite of products; Photoshop, InDesign, etc. 
• Internet savvy, strong knowledge of social media and related apps. 
• Highly organized, creative and able to juggle many projects simultaneously.
• Consistent "can-do" attitude. Willing to learn and adapt to changing environments
• Work autonomously when needed to push projects through tight timelines.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Associates' Degree in Marketing or related area, or equivalent experience

Experience: 

3+ years of marketing experience 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Occasional outdoor work in all weather conditions
