As a Content Executive at VoucherCodes, you'll contribute to the quality and quantity of content across their website, app, and browser extension. Responsibilities include collaborating with the SEO team for content optimization, merchandising brand pages to boost performance, managing brand portfolios, onboarding new merchants, and ensuring clear communication with the commercial team. You'll manage the offer content lifecycle and liaise with various teams for content management and optimizations, including performance reporting and analysis. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience working on a popular UK website.

The role
With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino's Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for a Content Executive to work as part of our Customer, Content and Transformation (CCT) team in London.
Your role will sit within the Content team, helping to maintain a high standard of content on the VoucherCodes website, app and browser extension. As a Content Executive you'll be responsible for content on the VoucherCodes owned channels, ensuring both quantity and quality is high. The role also involves working closely with our in-house SEO team to optimise our content.
This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for website content, merchandising and SEO. You’ll be working closely with other CCT teams and our Partnerships team to help establish and promote offers for our members. This is a great chance to use your communication and collaboration skills and learn all about one of the UK’s most popular savings websites. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has great attention to detail. Being happy to work independently and as part of a team is essential and in return, you’ll get hands-on experience working on one of the UK’s most popular websites and contribute directly to its growth.
What we need from you
- Degree educated (or relevant experience)
- Excellent written English
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient user of MS-Office Software, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar content-focused role preferred but not essential
- Experience working in affiliate marketing is an advantage
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating closely with SEO team to optimise our content for search
- Merchandising top brand pages to enhance performance of impactful pages; keeping bounce low and revenue high by producing enticing and helpful content
- Working with merchants and our Partnerships team
- Managing a portfolio of key brands to ensure top content quality and clear communication with our commercial team
- Assisting with onboarding of new merchants and responding to partnership queries.
- Managing the offer content lifecycle, from pre, during and post publication.
- Liaising with other teams including Commercial Ops, Marketing, Product & Eng and more for content management and optimisations.
- Reporting and analysis of content performance.
