Match Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to manage daily operations at their Dallas, TX headquarters. This role focuses on delivering top-tier employee support and aligning workplace experience with brand cultural objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the food and beverage program, coordinating employee perks and events, handling office supplies, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. The coordinator will also draft and manage office communications, support meeting logistics, and assist with space planning tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-of-house activities, catering management, and possess strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We're hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator! In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for key workplace initiatives and ensure workplace experience supports cultural objectives of the Match Group brands.

This role is onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TX

In this role you will:

  • Provide on-site support running the day to day operation of our Dallas, TX HQ, focused on providing best in class support for our employees
  • Manage the food and beverage program, including catered lunches on core days (Tue-Thur), on-site barista, inventory and ordering of pantry items
  • Support all Dallas employee experience perks and programs, including office supplies, wellness offerings, workplace events
  • Support communications around employee experience and amenities initiatives
  • Collaborate with fellow members of the PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities) team, aligning on workplace initiatives and processes
  • Partner with various vendors (snacks, catering, janitorial, events) to support in-person workplace services
  • Draft, update and manage office announcements and communications
  • Build relationships with key partners (EAs and team leaders), cross functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, DEI) and external vendors
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment
  • Verify final invoice pricing and processing payments in a timely manner
  • Provide support for meetings including coordination, scheduling, set up and maintaining communications
  • Assist as needed with space planning tasks such as: New Hire desk set up, move request coordination, and space audits

  • You have overseen front of house activities such as: visitor and security management, mailroom and deliveries, and office supply management
  • You have a background in catering or food and beverage management
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able to make critical decisions on the spot
  • You have strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You have strong project management and time management skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable dealing with sensitive information
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and draft office communications
  • You have proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projects
  • You have a customer focused attitude - ensuring consistently high quality resolutions
  • You have financial and budget experience; including sourcing/procuring goods or services and following procurement best practices
