The Pro Workflow team (PWF) at Apple is looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Workflow Evangelist and Community Manager. This role involves collaborating with technical experts to identify new features, developing customer-facing presentation materials for events, delivering demonstrations, and engaging with the creative community. The responsibilities include building relationships with key community leaders, and planning & managing customer/community meetings & events. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the process defining benefits and use case stories for creative customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to showcase Apple products' capabilities in creative workflows.
Apple’s Pro Workflow team (PWF) is seeking a multi-disciplinary Creative Workflow Evangelist and Community Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our team. Some of the key responsibilities at this role include; Collaborating with technical experts to identify key new features enabling innovative creative workflows using Apple products Contributing to process defining benefit and use case stories for creative customers Developing customer-facing presentation materials for pre-recorded, virtual, and in-person events Delivering briefings, feature demonstrations, and workshops illustrating the capabilities of Apple products in creative workflows Developing strategies and plans to engage with the creative community Building and maintaining relationships with key creative community leaders Planing & Managing customer/community meetings & events
