  ABOUT THE ROLE   

As a CRM Coordinator at LeoVegas Group, you will be at the forefront of building, quality assurance, and delivery of bonus reward programs, promotional pages, and customer-facing communications. Your role will be crucial in mitigating risks associated with compliance, costs, and escalations, where your thoroughness and attention to detail will shine.  
 
You will meticulously test CRM deliverables across multiple devices, ensuring an excellent player experience on a global scale. Your commitment to accuracy and error-free campaign delivery will reflect your dedication to upholding the highest standards for player satisfaction. Additionally, you will efficiently handle escalations, ensuring prompt resolutions, and contribute to delivering the best iGaming experience. 
   
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:  
  •  Building, quality assurance, and delivery of bonus reward programs, promotional pages, and customer-facing communications.  
  • Mitigating risks associated with compliance, costs, and second-line escalations.  
  • Meticulously testing CRM deliverables across multiple devices to ensure an excellent player experience.  
  • Committing to accuracy and error-free campaign delivery to uphold the highest standards for player satisfaction.  
  • Efficiently handling escalations to ensure prompt resolutions and contribute to delivering the best iGaming experience. 

     
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  
  • Fluent in both writing and speaking English and Dutch.  
  • An understanding of the IGaming industry  
  • Well-versed in all verticals (Sports, Casino, Live Casino).  
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.  
  • Ability to embody the "We Win Together" attitude and actively contribute to the success of the team.  
  • Willingness to offer assistance and support across the CRM department  
  • Not hesitant to ask questions in pursuit of knowledge and growth.  
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.  
  •  Positive can-do attitude, approaching challenges with optimism and enthusiasm.
