This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Noth America.
Summary (About this Position):
To provide quality support to CS Americas plants and be the liaison with our customer Yazaki (not excluded to support other customers) to carry out a direct relationship with the Customer and grant him a better and faster service.
Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):
- Aptiv Customer Support Engineer representative to Lear
- Analyze quality issues at customer location before these hits Aptiv Scorecard
- Response quality complaints reported on the customer portal (SQTS)
- Follow up quality alerts previously submitted by our manufacturing plants
Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
- Bilingual, Spanish & English (Fluid), Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves):
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Quality areas
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong results orientation and execution skills
- Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage conflicting tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems independently
