This role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow, working with Amazon Redshift and Google BigQuery, and writing optimized SQL. You'll collaborate with analysts and data scientists, integrate AI tools to enhance workflows, and help evolve our tech stack. Be a data thought leader, championing innovation and new technologies to create unforgettable player experiences.
Good To Have:
- Experience weaving AI into data pipelines (code generation, anomaly detection, monitoring, etc.)
- Background in gaming, consumer tech, or other data-heavy industries
Must Have:
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow
- Work across Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and other Big Data tools
- Write clean, optimized SQL for everything from dashboards to deep dives
- Team up with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clean, usable data
- Develop and integrate AI tools to automate, improve, and elevate our data workflows
- Help evolve our tech stack and data infrastructure as we scale
- Champion innovation and new data technologies across the org

What You'll Be Doing
- Build & Own: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow
- Leverage the Cloud: Work across Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and other Big Data tools
- Query Like a Pro: Write clean, optimized SQL for everything from dashboards to deep dives
- Collaborate & Deliver: Team up with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clean, usable data
- Go AI: Develop and integrate AI tools to automate, improve, and elevate our data workflows
- Shape the Future: Help evolve our tech stack and data infrastructure as we scale
- Be a Data Thought Leader: Champion innovation and new data technologies across the org
Requirements
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a (or a similar role)
- Expert in Python, SQL, and Apache Airflow
- Fluent in Big Data tools and cloud warehouses like Redshift or BigQuery
- Strong background in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Passionate about AI/ML tools — and eager to apply them in real-world projects
- Problem-solver mindset with a strong sense of ownership
