Job Description
The Data Operations Manager will drive daily team operations and achieve operational goals through data. This involves conducting data analysis to adjust operational strategies and resource allocation, designing and implementing testing solutions to improve team performance, and tracking results. The role also includes creating and maintaining operational data dashboards, providing data analysis insights, and collaborating with the marketing technology team to enhance output. Additionally, the manager will collect and follow up on industry trends and product development information.
Must Have:
- Drive daily team operations and achieve operational goals through data operations.
- Conduct data analysis to help the team adjust operational strategies and resource allocation.
- Design and assist in implementing testing solutions to improve team performance.
- Track performance and data analysis, create and maintain operational data dashboards, and provide data analysis insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing technology team to introduce relevant applications to increase team output.
- Collect and continuously follow up on industry trends, product development, and other relevant information.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisor.
