The role involves managing data subject requests, communicating with supervisory authorities, and handling personal data breach incidents, while maintaining relevant registers and contributing to internal documentation. Good To Have:
  • Law degree
  • Fluency in German
  • Completed courses in privacy and data protection
  • Understanding of website operations, digital promotion, and online marketing
  • Technical skills, experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Must Have:
  • Responding to requests from data subjects
  • Communication with supervisory authorities
  • Handling of personal data breach incidents
  • Maintaining the Register of data subject requests and the Register of data breaches
  • Involvement in drafting internal documentation
  • Fluency in Russian and English (B2+)
  • Basic understanding of GDPR requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
  • Ability to read and interpret regulatory/legal acts
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Analytical thinking
  • Be able to accept responsibility for the actions and behavior
