Job description
Overview of the area:
Attend to legal matters arising regarding the Organization's activities, its internal regulations, and its relationship with other entities, providing legal advice, representation, and ensuring strict compliance with the rules and regulations determined by each country.
Purpose of the position:
Handle inquiries, claims, and other petitions submitted by citizens, in order to guarantee their right to habeas data and petition
Deliverables:
1. Respond to petition rights within the determined times
Responsibilities of the position:
1. Analyze and transfer the different claims to the corresponding entities for the right of petition, complying with the terms indicated in Law 1266 of 2008, generating a model response where appropriate.
2. Answer all submitted claims, responding thoroughly to what was requested by the Data Subject (point by point) and within the term stipulated in Law 1266 of 2008
3. Answer all scopes and compliance with Tutela rulings that are submitted within the legal term
4. Provide support to the Operations area regarding the answering of Habeas Data petitions.
5. Answer requirements from the Financial Superintendence in which they will request information on the credit history of the Data Subjects
6. Drafting response models or formats for answering Habeas Data petitions
What are we looking for?
Education: Professional in law
Experience: 1 year of experience in answering high-volume petitions or tutelas.
Required technical knowledge: Management of data protection regime 1581 and 1266 (2008) and Office (Word and Excel) management
Languages: Basic English
Competencies: Proactive, dynamic, punctual, responsible, collaborative, and disciplined
