Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage Bank Tie-Ups for EDC/POS deployments.
Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments.
Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies.
Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
Desired Skills:
4-7 years of experience in Sales or Bank Relationship Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Experience in EDC/POS or financial products preferred.
