We’re looking to hire a Digital Account Manager for an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores in the United States and 23 other countries. This is a 6+ month hybrid contract opportunity based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
In this exciting, high-profile role, you’ll join the Digital Account Management Team to build and sell advertising solutions using proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies. You will work cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Product, and Category Marketing teams, Brand Managers, Analytics, and E-Commerce teams, as well as Shopper Marketing agencies.
Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
- Manage suppliers’ campaigns and revenues while building strategic campaign recommendations based on the suppliers’ business goals and marketing objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end creative process between the supplier and the client’s creative team.
- Manage agency proposal templates and tagging.
- Partner with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Work closely with measurement and analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
Digital Account Manager Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree.
- Experience in building media plan recommendations.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills along with cross-company and partner collaboration skills.
