Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will join the Longevity Medical Division, focusing on health and longevity education. Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Operations, this role involves supporting all digital marketing functions across medical brands. Key responsibilities include optimizing SEO, managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations, audience development, analytics, and Martech stack management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven, effective, and scalable, collaborating with brand marketing leads to enhance digital efforts.
Must have:
  • Oversee and implement an SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and audience growth
  • Manage Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations to optimize email performance and audience engagement
  • Work closely with brand teams to grow and nurture our audience database
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other Martech tools to provide data-backed insights and recommendations
  • Ensure our marketing technology ecosystem is running efficiently and supporting our lead generation and audience development goals
  • Partner with brand marketing leads to enhance digital marketing efforts, provide strategic insights, and optimize campaigns
  • Mid-level experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, email automation, and analytics
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Job Description

The Longevity Medical Division is at the forefront of cutting-edge health and longevity education, producing world-class events, research, and content. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the VP, Marketing and Operations and work as an essential member of our marketing team. You’ll collaborate with brand marketing leads to support all digital marketing functions across all medical brands. From optimizing SEO to managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven, effective, and scalable.

This role is based in our Boca Raton, FL Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution – Oversee and implement an SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and audience growth.
  • Email Marketing & Automation – Manage Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations to optimize email performance and audience engagement.
  • Audience Development – Work closely with brand teams to grow and nurture our audience database.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other Martech tools to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Martech Stack Management – Ensure our marketing technology ecosystem is running efficiently and supporting our lead generation and audience development goals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with brand marketing leads to enhance digital marketing efforts, provide strategic insights, and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Mid-level experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, email automation, and analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent automation tools).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative Thinker: A knack for problem-solving, optimizing digital strategies, and driving engagement.
  • Strong Communicator & Team Player: Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and align efforts across brands.
  • Willingness to Learn & Adapt: Open to evolving marketing trends and emerging technologies.
