Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Sales Representatives LATAM/NAMER to lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) in a fast paced and exciting industry! This role will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development in NAMER. We are looking for someone to be the go-to resource and expert for high velocity inside sales in LATAM and NAMER as we look to continue to build on our success in digital sales in both regions!

Must Have:
  • Lead and manage a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs)
  • Develop and implement best practice operating strategies for business development
  • Hire, onboard, train, and coach DSRs to exceed goals
  • Enhance processes for lead generation, reporting metrics, and achieving KPIs
  • Generate new business by developing leads and identifying win/win situations
  • Engage with and win new clients, partnering with sales and marketing teams
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive technology and process improvements
  • Minimum 2 years in business development management
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales
  • Experience in both LATAM and NAMER markets

Position Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Sales Representatives LATAM/NAMER to lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) in a fast paced and exciting industry! This role will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development in NAMER. We are looking for someone to be the go-to resource and expert for high velocity inside sales in LATAM and NAMER as we look to continue to build on our success in digital sales in both regions!

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of DSRs (Digital Sales Reps) in LATAM and NAMER
  • Develop best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the business development team, help to hire, onboard, train, and manage DSRs
  • Motivate DSRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training
  • Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
  • Generate new business by developing leads, understanding what business leaders and professionals in the industry need, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in your accounts and identifying win/win situations
  • Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to identify, engage with, and win new clients, while partnering collaboratively with technical sales, inside sales, marketing and digital sales
  • Establish strong, partnership-minded relations with your internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and drive technology and process improvement through partnership with various internal functional groups

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years in business development management roles
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales
  • Experience in both LATAM and NAMER markets
  • Strong business acumen, sense of ownership and a true “hunter” mindset
  • Curiosity, creativity and an outstanding customer focus
  • Passionate and excited about trends and innovations in engineering and technology
  • Autonomous, proactive and collaborative work style
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is an advantage)
