As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you set the global direction for the Influencer and PR teams for Behaviour’s original games to raise awareness, increase our reach and deliver the best experience to the press and our communities. You will lead and mentor a team of new and experienced Influencer and PR Managers across multiple games. You will serve as the voice of our influencer and PR efforts internally, ensuring cross-collaboration between your team, Marketing, Product and Production and report directly to the Head of Marketing Communications.

In this role, you will :

    • Set the global direction for Influencer management and Public Relations for our current and upcoming live games and games;
    • Empower your team to create and execute high-quality, high-return influencer campaigns and ensure the sound operation of our content creator program;
    • Foster collaboration with partners and cultivate relationships with our agencies and the press worldwide to drive the success of our PR efforts;
    • Advocate for Influencer and PR initiatives, establish KPIs, and communicate their impact to partner teams and leadership;
    • Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment and press, including managing crises;
    • Validate and manage the Influencer and PR budgets for all our games;
    • Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers and PR managers, ensuring their growth, development, and use of data-informed approaches to achieve marketing and business goals.

What we're looking for :

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with solid experience successfully launching games and working on GaaS campaigns;
    • Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, and journalists considered a strong plus;
    • A solid understanding of Influencer and PR KPIs, a track record of driving positive ROI, and strong understanding of current game/entertainment Influencer and PR trends;
    • Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a strong passion for team building and mentoring, self-motivated, able to develop new initiatives;
    • A proven track record as an exceptional collaborator working with partner teams to ensure the success of Influencer and PR efforts;
    • Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
