Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a DMS Operator for an internal client project. The role involves daily collection, reception, and transfer of client documentation for validation, counting, or coding. Responsibilities include classifying documents, verifying data, registering boxes in systems, reporting daily production, performing quality control, generating service orders, extracting and re-entering documents, and scanning documentation according to client parameters.
Must have:
  • Collect, receive, and transfer client documentation daily or as scheduled.
  • Classify documents according to service scope.
  • Verify and validate documents and data using defined templates.
  • Enter and register boxes in systems for service tracking.
  • Report daily production, controls, and incidents to the supervisor.
  • Perform daily quality control on entries.
  • Generate mass service orders/guides for document delivery/pickup.
  • Perform document extraction within the warehouse.
  • Perform document verification and re-entry.
  • Scan documentation according to client-defined parameters.
Good to have:
  • 6 months experience in similar tasks.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.

Functions:

  • Collect, receive, and transfer client documentation daily, or as scheduled, to validate, count, or code what has been received.
  • Classify documents sent by the client according to what is specified in the scope of the service.
  • Verify and/or validate existing documents and data in operations with the client, according to templates defined for each service.
  • Enter and register boxes in the systems to keep a record of services, including loading boxes to different operational areas.
  • Report daily to the area supervisor on production, controls performed, and incidents through the respective format to monitor and track services.
  • Perform daily quality control of entries to avoid leaving processes open.
  • Generate mass service orders and/or guides for document delivery/pickup to facilitate the process.
  • Perform document extraction tasks within the warehouse.
  • Comply with document verification and re-entry tasks.
  • Scan documentation under parameters defined with the client, such as image weight, image quality, image format, one-to-one or multi-page processing, among others; to comply with the service agreed with the client.

Required Studies:

  • Minimum complete secondary education. Technical studies and/or education (desirable).
  • Intermediate MS Office level (desirable).

Required Experience:

  • 6 months in similar tasks (desirable).
  • Minimum 6 months in Data Entry.

Work Location:

  • Callao.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
