Key Responsibilities

• Perform import trade transaction data input, filing;
• Handle the assigned trade functions in an efficient and accurate manner;
• Perform other duties as delegated;
• Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management;
• Perform implementation of new processing operations model
• Perform checking of import / export trade documents;
• Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications:

• HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above;
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Minimum 1-2 years' related experience in Trade Import / Export Operations;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Basic knowledge on trade finance field;
• Solid knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow in order to ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS applications, i.e. Word, Excel and outlook
