The eCommerce Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with major online retailers, focusing on sales performance, campaign planning, and optimizing product visibility on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth through promotions, content optimization, and data analysis, collaborating with internal teams for stock planning, pricing, and digital marketing, monitoring KPIs and providing regular performance reports, and staying current on market trends and platform updates.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of eCommerce/digital sales experience
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and eCommerce tools
  • Data-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Good command of English (speaking and written)
Good to have:
  • High degree of responsibility, proactive work ethic
  • Open-minded and energetic, self-motivated

About the role

We are looking for an eCommerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with major online retailers. This role will focus on sales performance, campaign planning, and optimizing product visibility across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok. eCommerce team has two positions where this role will report to General Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through promotions, content optimization, and data analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams for stock planning, pricing, and digital marketing
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports
  • Stay current on market trends and platform updates

Qualifications and skills

Essential

·5+ years of eCommerce or digital sales experience Strong account management and negotiation skills Proficient in Excel and eCommerce tools (e.g., Seller Center)

·Data-driven, organized, and proactive

·Good command of English both speaking and written and presentation skills

Preferred

·High degree of responsibility, work proactively, willing to accept the challenges.

·Opened minded and energetic person. self-motivated with drive, passion
