② Specific job duties and expected role/position within and outside your department

With the increasing number of electronic systems in autonomous driving and connected cars, the foundational technologies and electronic architectures for these systems are becoming ever more important. There are several tasks, and we would like to assign them based on individual skills and areas of challenge.

1. Lead advanced development of electronic architecture by mastering next-generation electronic technologies.

2. Develop Ethernet communication, cybersecurity technology, power network design, software update technology, and diagnostic technology to be installed in new vehicles.

3. System design for software-updatable components of the vehicle and the backend infrastructure.

4. Design of electronic component installation processes in vehicle assembly plants.

Teams consist of 5 to 10 people, working under a section chief or assistant section chief, with several colleagues and subordinates. Annual salary range: Monthly salary (reference value)

230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY

• Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise.

Estimated annual income (reference value)

Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.6 million JPY

• Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)
• Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and payment conditions will be determined separately each time.
• Overtime pay, etc., paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
