EHS Manager

Job Description

The EHS Manager will design and implement Safety and Environmental strategies aligned with local and international regulations, ensuring compliance with EHS standards in all operations. Responsibilities include developing prevention, mitigation, and emergency response plans; leading audits and reports on environmental and safety performance; and training and raising awareness among teams about best practices in Safety and Environment. They will foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety throughout the organization and manage the documentation of the Environmental System (Manual, Procedures, Policy). The role also involves managing the integral management of special, non-special, and pathogenic waste, actively participating in the hygiene and occupational health committee, and participating in the creation and operation of the fire brigade (First aid, fire extinguishing, public order - evacuation, rescue and rescue), following up.

  • Develop prevention and emergency response plans.

🚀 Responsabilidades:
✅ Diseñar e implementar estrategias de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente alineadas con la normativa local e internacional.
✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares EHS en todas las operaciones.
✅ Desarrollar planes de prevención, mitigación y respuesta ante emergencias.
✅ Liderar auditorías y reportes de desempeño ambiental y de seguridad.
✅ Capacitar y concientizar a los equipos sobre mejores prácticas en Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
✅ Fomentar una cultura de seguridad basada en la mejora continua en toda la organización.
✅Mantener la documentación del Sistema de Medioambiente, (Manual, Procedimientos, Política)
✅Responsable de la Gestión Integral de Residuos especiales, no especiales y patogénicos
✅Participar activamente en el comité de higiene y salud ocupacional.
✅Participar activamente en la creación y funcionamiento de la brigada contra incendios (Primeros auxilios, extinción de incendios, orden público- evacuación, rescate y salvamento), efectuando seguimiento.
