For Public Sector and Utility organisations, the physical infrastructure and estates they manage are under pressure from growing demand, changing expectations, and an urgent need to decarbonise. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will offer Autodesk’s innovative solutions to transform how these organizations plan, design, construct, and operate their physical infrastructures. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction by developing a clear portfolio plan, leading an Account Team Unit, and collaborating with channel partners. You will engage at ‘C-Level’ to deliver value-based, ROI-focused narratives.
Must have:
  • Develop, communicate and execute an Account Portfolio Plan to achieve New and Renew revenue targets working in collaboration with your Account Team Unit and channel partners
  • Proactively identify and prospect customers from your account portfolio, build a pipeline, and successfully negotiate and close sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with important business and IT decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Deliver a weekly and quarterly forecast with accuracy and provide internal feedback on market dynamics that you observe on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain an understanding of our product portfolio, pricing structures, and contractual agreements

Position Overview

For Public Sector and Utility organisations, the physical infrastructure and estates that they manage play a vitally important role in achieving the positive economic and social outcomes that they strive to achieve for citizens. However, the estates they manage are under pressure from growing demand for citizen services, changing citizen expectations and an urgent need to decarbonise.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have the answer to solving these challenges through Autodesk’s innovative portfolio of solutions that can help such organizations transform how they plan, design, construct and operate their physical infrastructures.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and important Autodesk customers and will be tasked with achieving sales targets and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will do this by developing a clear portfolio plan, leading an Account Team Unit and collaborating effectively with channel partners to drive new and renew business. You will possess the sales and business experience to understand your complex customers and engage at ‘C-Level’ to deliver a value-based and compelling ROI-focused narrative to unlock new investment.

You will report to EMEA Director Public Sector & Utilities and will be provided industry-leading sales, business and industry training but will also be expected to commit to personal development as you increase your proficiency in the role. We offer hybrid contracts, with no minimum office days.

In this field-based role, you will be expected to travel to your customers to engage in-person and working as part of an EMEA team, you will be expected travel internationally for internal meetings including over-night stays.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years field-based sales experience, carrying a quota in an enterprise selling environment, offering complex business solutions
  • You have sales process and account planning skills (e.g. TAS, Value-based Selling, MEDDIC)
  • You have executive and consultative selling and relationship experience
  • You have a track-record in growing large and complex customers
  • You have achieved targets and exceeded customer expectations
  • You have experience selling to Public Sector and/or Utility organisations and/or experience selling to Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) sectors
