By joining us in Meudon, you will be part of the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.
As part of the SAP4HANA migration project, a project manager for the Customer Services stream is required.
This position will be located at DGOP (General Directorate of Operations), within the Industry & Services teams.
Your missions:
Project Manager for ERP migration to SAP4HANA for the Customer Services stream
- Analyzes the functional needs of users (entities) and the Group.
- Writes general functional specifications.
- Contributes to the writing of evolving, high-performing, and robust detailed functional specifications.
- Validates project documents for their domain through existing instances.
- Produces and/or validates functional acceptance test scenarios.
- Validates training documents for their functional domain.
- Supports users during acceptance phases.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the product and development practices.
- Participates in estimations, planning, and overall quality of deliverables.
- Proactively collaborates within the project team and shares knowledge.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP France's usage and user experience to enhance the performance of the "Customer Service" process
- Animation of the MOA ERP France community in a continuous improvement logic to enhance ERP usage.
- Communication and promotion of best practices within the Group's entities.
- Contributes to the definition and management of improvement action plans: Organization / Training / Coaching / Data / ERP functional evolutions / etc.
Your profile:
- Functional Skills: Customer service, repair and intervention management. Physical flow management and associated activities.
- Tool Skills: SAP ERP and ideally SAP S4 (mainly on the CS module. Skills in SAP Plant Maintenance and CRM-Service would be appreciated). Good familiarity with interfaces of peripheral tools to the ERP, including PLM.
- Methodological Skills: project management, meeting facilitation, re-engineering method, continuous improvement, agile and Lean.
- Sectoral Skills: Aerospace & Defense preferably, Hi-Tech, small series...
- Fluent French and English are mandatory.
Behavioral Skills:
Leadership, autonomy, team spirit, positive attitude, rigor, networking and cross-functional teamwork, etc.
Oral and written expression, drafting presentations and deliverables, change management, adaptation, customer focus, organization of one's own work and that of others.
