Events Project Manager, Events
Your role within our Kingdom
We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic Events Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of internal virtual, hybrid, and in-person—across King’s global offices. You'll be responsible for strategy, planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver creative and high-impact experiences for our employees, which are innovative, logistically efficient, and in line with King values and impact guidelines.
Events may include webinars, team-building activities, site celebrations, onboarding sessions, team meetings and offsites, seminars, and conferences.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver memorable, engaging, and cost-effective events, ensuring all requirements, timelines, and budgets stay on track.
You should bring proven project management expertise and be passionate about delivering impactful experiences.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple events, including team offsites, webinars, company initiatives, involving internal and external audiences.
- Oversee on-site execution and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows.
- Define project plans, timelines, resources, and ensure timely task delivery.
- Manage day-to-day logistics in close coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve collaboration and planning efficiency.
- Act proactively to mitigate risks and address issues that may impact event success.
- Coordinate technical production for livestreams, virtual platforms, and in-person AV.
- Manage budgets, cost control, supplier contracts, and final event reconciliation.
- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and identify new cost-effective partners.
- Maintain accurate events and supplier records in internal systems and ensure vendors’ details and fact sheets are filled and tracked within established timelines.
- Support content development for event materials, presentations, and communications.
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration aligned with King’s values.
Skills to create thrills:
- Strong experience managing corporate events across virtual/hybrid/live formats.
- Solid knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly proficient in English, with strong writing and verbal skills in the local language.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, Canva.
- Familiar with event technology, travel logistics, and physical setup requirements.
- Collaborative orientation with a strong regional cultural awareness, making you a great teammate.
- Good knowledge of local event suppliers and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to assist physically in event set up and breakdown. Travel is required.
- Flexibility is a must. Being adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business.
