Are you ready to bring your technical skills where the action happens? We're hiring a Field Service Technician who's hands-on, tech-savvy, and eager to support the exciting world of casino gaming and financial technology. As a key player on our dynamic field team, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero—installing, maintaining, and repairing Everi equipment like ATMs, kiosks, and slot machines to ensure seamless operation at casino properties.
Must Have:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service while servicing and supporting Everi equipment onsite
  • Install, update, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines, ATMs, and kiosks at casino locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnose technical issues—training and tools provided
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
  • Operate independently in the field after training, with ongoing support from a collaborative team

What Will You Be Doing?

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi will guide and support the process)
  • Availability for on-call shifts and flexibility for occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn—comfortable working solo and as part of a team
  • Basic Excel skills for data entry and documentation
