What Will You Be Doing?
- Deliver top-tier customer service while servicing and supporting Everi equipment onsite
- Install, update, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines, ATMs, and kiosks at casino locations
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnose technical issues—training and tools provided
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Operate independently in the field after training, with ongoing support from a collaborative team
Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi will guide and support the process)
- Availability for on-call shifts and flexibility for occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn—comfortable working solo and as part of a team
- Basic Excel skills for data entry and documentation
