Job Description

The Financial Partner will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting by profit/cost centers. They will analyze deviations, investigate root causes, and prepare financial/statistical/analytical models for stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include ad-hoc financial analysis (what-if analysis; FX, tax, and market risk impact analysis), consulting stakeholders on financial questions, and maintaining internal systems with financial data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and strong communication skills. Experience in finance or controlling, preferably within an international company, is required.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in related field
2+ years finance experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Good to have:

Ability to work independently
Experience in Big4
VBA knowledge

Project description

Looking for new members of Finance Partners team with excellent analytical skills and profound knowledge of all MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

Budgeting, forecasting, reporting by profit/cost centers on a regular basis

Analyzing the deviations, investigating the reasons for the latter, providing meaningful comments

Preparation of financial/statistical/analytical models and presenting them to stakeholders

Ad-hoc financial analysis (what-if analysis; FX, tax, market risk impact analysis etc)

Consulting stakeholders on financial questions

Constant support of internal systems with financial data

Skills

Must have

Bachelor+ degree in Economics, Banking, Finance or related science

2+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling preferably in an international company

Excellent communication skills

Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong Excel skills

Nice to have

Ability to work without supervision, under pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment

Big4 experience will be a plus

VBA will be a plus
