Job Description

Join our Management Consulting team to deliver complex, cross-functional transformation programmes at Belgium’s leading banks and insurers. You will drive change in domains such as Lending (retail and non-retail), Real Estate, Finance, and Data Operations, delivering tangible results in high-stakes client environments. Key responsibilities include leading workstreams, conducting business analysis, preparing presentations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and facilitating workshops.
Good To Have:
  • Exposure to the transversal projects around lending (origination and lifecycle management), collateral management, or finance transformation is a plus.
Must Have:
  • Lead workstreams in large-scale transformations: structure scope, manage timelines, track risks/issues, and measure benefits.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis: map processes, gather requirements, define user stories, and coordinate UAT.
  • Prepare and deliver crisp, persuasive presentations and status updates for senior management and SteerCos.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, IT) to align on target operating models and future-state designs.
  • Stakeholder management and being a linking pin between transversal domains.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and resolve complex issues across business and IT.
  • Represent PwC with professionalism and confidence at client sites.
  • 1-4 years’ experience in project-based transformation roles within banking or insurance.
  • Experience with process-(re)mapping, project planning tools, PowerPoint, and Agile tools like Jira or equivalent.
  • Data and application/IT affluency.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Sharp thinker, quick to grasp complex problems, and able to break them down into actionable steps.
  • "Can-do" mentality, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and your team.
  • Outstanding communication skills: simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and inspire confidence.
  • Fluent in English, with professional command of Dutch or French.
