As a Fullstack Developer at AnyDesk, you will design, develop, and maintain website features, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance. Must Have:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer
Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue)
Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with back-end technologies (Rust, Java)
Working knowledge of UX principles
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English is mandatory

What we are looking for:

To support us in our mission, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our Web Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain key features of the website ensuring its reliability, scalability, and high performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues playing a vital role in the team’s growth and success. Develop and maintain features for our website ensuring a smooth user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Integrate with a CMS to streamline data collection and ensure secure, reliable form submissions
Develop and maintain reusable UI components to improve coding efficiency and design cohesion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design) for smooth end-to-end feature delivery
Monitor site performance metrics and troubleshoot any issues impacting page load speeds

Basic Qualifications:

Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Easy to work with
Sense of urgency
Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid track record of web applications
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue) alongside HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Familarity with modern Back-end technologies (e.g., Rust, Java)
Working knowledge of UX principles to ensure products are user-friendly and accessible
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and delivering results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in the remote access or software industry
