We are currently looking for a Game Designer to join our team in Tokyo to work on our iconic Duel Masters series. The main focus of the job will be the development and testing of upcoming Duel Masters sets.

Join the developers of Duel Masters, a game that has been played in Japan for over 20 years, and expand the circle of friendship and connection even further! If you have a passion for trading card games, are self-motivated, curious, a creative problem solver, collaborative and a phenomenal learner, we need your help!

What You'll Do:

• Final game design and development of all products. Coordinate the final design process with the Duel Masters Game Design Manager in the US office and the Japan office
• Keep an eye on current Duel Masters play styles, formats, and play environments. Regularly communicate information to the R&D team in the US office.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing exceptionally constructive, reasoned, and creative input that will craft the future of Duel Masters.

What You’ll Bring:

• Sufficient trading card game experience, knowledge, and experience playing competitively.
• A passionate, self-motivated, and curious approach, with a strong drive to explore new ideas and solutions.
• Curious and willing to try new things.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in card game development.
• Proficiency in English conversation to facilitate smooth communication with international teams.
